The competition is only open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service employees or any affiliated companies or their families or anyone involved in this prize draw, including the random selection of the competition winner.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted nor joint submissions. Incomplete, misdirected, early or late entries will not be accepted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.

9. The prize is as follows: 
GreenThumb Gift Voucher to the value of £200. The Winner will be sent their Prize via email in the form of an e-voucher.

10. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.

11. The winner will be chosen at random by software from all valid entries received during the promotional period and verified by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.

12. The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and arrange for a replacement winner to be chosen at random by software in the circumstances envisaged by these terms.

13. GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the decisions taken by the GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.

14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, county of residence, and entry details in any publicity material, including GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s social media, website, newsletters, and all other press and/or promotional material as required.
