The office is always accessible by phone - and if a message is left there is always a return call regarding the matter involved. The visiting operatives are always amenable and greet the householder on arrival. Their observations regarding the condition of the grass are always appreciated e.g. Scott observed and illustrated "Red Thread" and said he would, and did, report it to the office - which was endorsed by Evan. If a change of appointment is necessary, the office is always approachable and willing to oblige.

Since using Green Thumb the front and back lawn areas have much improved. There are ongoing difficulties with weeds and fungal situations which is mainly attributable to the chalk soil, area and weather conditions. But I am so very grateful to GreenThumb for all their continued support, advice and hard work and would readily recommend to anyone. Couldn't be better!'
