I am not sure where to start and how I should congratulate you for having such a great set up. I am particularly writing, having just spoken with Becky, once again as I often do when I call to settle my account. I must say she is a gem and an asset to your organisation and what a difference it makes. There is not much personal customer service left these days. On the same token the chaps who call to treat the grass are also very friendly and always go the extra mile to advise and help and again, well done.
