George Barlow acquired the franchise in 2009 with just over 550 customers - growth has taken this to just over 2000, with the majority from recommendations of satisfied friends, neighbours and relatives who now enjoy a beautiful lawn.

George says: "We strive to provide excellent customer service and to achieve a lush Green Weed free lawn for new customers by offering treatment programmes to suit their needs and pockets".

The Team of fully trained Lawn Operatives (Adam, Andrew and Philip) are licensed to City and Guilds (NPCT) level 2 in the Safe Application of Pesticides (PA1/PA6) ensuring treatments are applied professionally.

We treat customers in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Thirsk, Boroughbridge, Bedale, Pateley Bridge, Masham and all the surrounding villages.

Each Lawn receives four treatments per year to ensure they are weed free healthy with a lush green appearance. As Moss is a particular issue in this area, many customers choose one of our programmes whereby the Lawns are Aerated and Scarified on an annual basis to control this Problem.

Red Thread is also very prominent in the area giving lawns a brown patchy appearance in the Summer – our fungicide treatment can address this unsightly issue.
