Well, two months after the summer treatment went down and 6 months after being under water for much of January with conditions so bad you were unable to perform the scarification, I just wanted to let you know that the back garden has recovered amazingly and produced, after the recent rain, a wonderful lush cover of grass that the cows would devour (if they were ever admitted).
 
Proof indeed that Green thumb can make a real difference. Just walked out on it and it not only looks good it feels good to walk upon.

The guys that have been round to treat the lawn are very friendly and knowledgeable and have always been happy to answer any questions that we have had about how best to look after the lawn.

the fact that there was no attempt to persuade me to sign up for treatments that I don't need.

Our lawns had a lot of moss & weeds. David came the first time & put some treatments on which included a feed aswell as a weed treatment. He explained to us how to upkeep the grass in between visits. He then returned to do a free weed treatment a few weeks later. We recently had another treatment done by another Greenthumb worker, he was also happy to discuss what he was doing and answered our questions thoroughly

Your operator has just called to treat my lawn, and I would just like to say what a good ambassador he is for your company, I had a small bald patch where my mower had gouged out some of the grass. He offered to fill with seed and covered with soil which I found very helpful as I hadn’t any seed myself. It’s not very often these days to find people so helpful, but it is much appreciated.

I would like to comment on the service I received from Green Thumb.North West. How refreshing to be treated in such a courteous manner by two professional garden experts really is quite rare and is worthy of praise

It was what might be termed as a small job of Aerating some 150 sqm but nevertheless the work was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The two operatives were great ambassadors for Green Thumb and needless to say any further garden work or help I may require Green Thumb will be my first port of call..

We were sat having breakfast on our deck this morning and enjoying (the breakfast ��) and the view of our rear garden...

 

...and how the grass looks after your treatments which - after all the 30 plus degree weather we have had for some two months now - looks so green, healthy and just beautiful... when all around us look bare, brown and patchy.

 

So a big "Thank you" to you and David for giving us this lawn in the middle of a long drought and hosepipe ban.

 

Anyone who wants a nice looking lawn in all weathers really should use you.

Thank you to Kevin and his team at GreenThumb. Our lawn has had excessive thatch for many years. In September 2016 we had major scarification right down to the level of the soil and then re-seeded. In May 2017 the lawn is now in a very good condition and without the dreaded thatch. All the GreenThumb technicians were polite and helpful.
